We want your experience to be seamless. Here are answers to the most common questions regarding memberships, app access, and events.
Once you sign up, you will receive an email with instructions and a secure link to download the Flourish app from the App Store or Google Play. Use the same credentials you created during sign-up to log in.
You can easily update your membership tier or billing details by logging into your account on the web or through the app, and navigating to the Account Settings menu.
We understand that seasons change. You can pause or cancel your membership anytime from your Account Settings. If you need assistance, our support team is happy to help.
Our monthly community calls are typically hosted on the first Tuesday of each month. All members receive an invitation link via email and app notification one week prior.
Retreats and live events are hosted quarterly. Flourish members receive early access and preferred pricing. Detailed itineraries are shared prior to registration.

We strive to reply within 1-2 business days. During high-volume seasons or around retreat launches, we appreciate your patience as we thoughtfully respond to each inquiry.
